[HCARC] Windows 10 Anniversary Update

What I hate is you have no choice, even as to when.  All of a sudden you 
have no more control of your computer.  Tough luck if you were doing 
something important.  This update updates Cortana - as if I care to be able 
to talk to another Womans voice.  Yeah sure I need that!!!

There were a lot of complaints by ops in the CQWW RTTY contest this past 
weekend about how the forced update to Win 10 messed up their computers for 
RTTY decoding, logging and controlling their rigs. I was lucky - I've stuck 
with Win 7 which worked fine all weekend with my Flex and N1MM+ contesting 
software.
