[HCARC] Solar Activity update

The Boulder K-index for 2100 was 8.  The scale only goes up to 9 and it 
is a quasi-log scale so it is quite high.  It has been years since I saw 
an 8.   Combined with the PCA from last week's and yesterday's CME's and 
the absorption from recent large flare (M 6.6 class X-ray flare) the HF 
bands will be strange.  Aurora likely tonight although it probably won't 
do us much good in South Texas.
