[HCARC] Field Day Lunch and Set-up

Just a reminder that our fantastic Field Day kicks off next Friday, June 26
with a Club Lunch at 11:30 at LaFours Seafood Restaurant.  After lunch,
we'll go to our Field Day Site (Our Lady of the Hills Catholic School on
Peterson Farm Road) to begin Set-up.

Please email/call me by Wednesday night to save your place at lunch at
LaFours (the best catfish in town!)  If we have more than 20, we'll be in a
back room; if less than 20, we'll be in the regular dining room (costs $25
for the back room if less than 20 come)

If you can't make the lunch, just meet us out at the FD Site around 1:00pm.
If you can't stay the whole time for FD, come when you can and help us in
some way with the FD Operation: make some qso's, help with various tasks
onsite, etc.  Also, it would be greatly appreciated if you call Gary before
you come out to see if he needs you to pick up something we need for FD.
Setup and Takedown are important times at Field Day, and your help then
would also be greatly appreciated.

As with most things, you will get out of something about what you put into
it, so put some fun and energy into helping the club have a fantastic Field
Day, and I know that you will get a lot of fun and satisfaction in return
for being a part of the Field Day Team.
