[HCARC] Check out Congress OKs new ID cards for all veterans

I guess a good idea.  Even with my retired Military ID AND my VA Card (100% 
Disabled) I could not get Verizon to give me my Veterans Credit to my bill. 
They insisted on seeing a copy of my DD214 which has confidential Info on 
it.  Hopefully they make them tamper proof or soon the Mexican Forgers will 
have a card made for everyone.  It's because of Mexican Forgers that we no 
longer have inspection stickers on our cars.  The stickers sold for less 
than the inspection cost.
