[HCARC] Hill Country Preppers Meeting - 3rd Thursday of Each Month

Received from Steve at Hill Country Preppers about their next meeting.  They support us, we should support them.  That said, this meeting could be well attended – get there early to get your seat and something to eat.

“At the height of the current flu season and because of the recent Ebola scare and unknown infectious diseases drifting across our southern border, the Hill Country Preppers will revisit the subject of Pandemics at their January 15 meeting. The speaker will be Mark Wilkinson, a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing. He works at Peterson Regional Medical Center as the Patient Safety, Joint Commission Compliance and Emergency Management Coordinator. Mark is a former Army Major with Thirty-five years of comprehensive clinical, education, and healthcare management experience.. He will discuss what are pandemics and epidemics, how to avoid them and how to prepare for them. 

The meeting is free and open to the public. Come enjoy some award-winning barbeque at Buzzie’s, 213 Schreiner St. in Kerrville, before the meeting at 6:00 p.m.”
