[HCARC] Remote SDR

HCARC,

For those interested, the SDR (receiver only) I brought into the last
meeting is now functional over the net.  To connect with a PC, the
software program "SDR#" or SDRSharp will need to be installed.

If you have this SW or install it, contact me via email and I'll give you
the
IP Address and port setting.  (and other settings as well)

Due to it running on a Raspberry Pi Linux system, it's probably single-user
only.  (limited cpu power)   (1hz to 1700mhz range, no gaps, all modes)
