A SIGN UP LIST WAS PASSED AROUND A THE CLUB MEETING LAST NIGHT FOR THE CHRISTMAS PARTY WHICH WILL BE HELD AT NOON AT THE FIRST PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH (RYAN HALL on Jefferson ST, Kerrville, TX) ON THE 7 TH OF DECEMBER.  ALL CLUB MEMBERS AND GUESTS ARE INVITED.  IF YOUR NAME IS NOT ON THE LIST BELOW AND YOU DESIRE TO ATTEND, PLEASE RSVP BY EMAIL (mampaw at stx.rr.com), PHONE, OR BY 2 M REPEATER to Marilyn Vordenbaum (KE5DDR).  HINT:  The Monday Night 2 meter Club Net would be a good way to RSVP ( Harvey could take the names for Marilyn).

The Christmas party is a pot luck with Turkey and Stuffed Pork Roast as the entrees provided.  Bring your favorite Holiday dish to share with close friends.  There should be plenty of food so bring a friend (especially a NON-HAM)  – just let Marilyn VORDENBAUM  know for seating purposes NOT LATER THAN 3 December.

The Club treasury is covering the janitorial fee and a donation to the Presbyterian Church for use of the faciities.  Two separate donation bins will be provided for voluntary donations of Food Items to the Christian Assistance Ministry (CAM) or Crayons/Elmers Glue to the Presyterian Church Youth Services.  Both are great causes who appreciate your support.

Note For Marilyn and Terry Hipskind:  Gary Johnson will be happy to pick up needed supplies (plates, tablecloths, etc) at COSTCO since I am in San Antonio every Tuesday.  Does the club currently have any of these items, and if so, where would I go to inventory them??
