Just checked, newegg.com still has Win 7, SP1 listed at $140. I've been running Win 7 Pro, 64-bit for a couple of years now. I like it. Have Win 7 Home Premium, 64-bit on my laptop. Don't like it as much as Pro. Charley, af5ao
