[HCARC] Antenna set up

I am planning on bringing the tower out the the field day site Thursday night after I get off work 7pm ish that is the earliest time that we can officially start any kind of set up.  I will park the tower and leave it in the down position waiting on Gary’s antenna to be assembled and attached atop.  I will also have a G5RV Mini I purchased for field day to set up.  All are welcome to come out and watch or give some guidance,  lol  or at least laugh at the antics.    

Gary have you started to put the antenna together yet or is it still in the box?

Gary also under the pavilion is two busses and a trailer can you contact the school and see if they can be moved before Friday arrives. 

Side note I have picked up the club stations radios for field day and will bring them out on sat am so the stations can be set up.   

Frank is going to be our compute wizard again this year and see that the computers are connected an operating.  

Harvey is bringing two lap tops and I have the club desk top for the swing / digital station.  the Gota station is covered so we will need one computer for the UHF VHF station. 

Any short connectors 2-4 feet in length for jumpers from radio to antenna tuners would be greatly appreciated 

Don’t forget to mark you equipment with Name and Call makes pick up on Sunday much easier.
