[HCARC] Propagation

Jerry,
I wonder if the "giant reflector" behind you is not allowing you to maximize Ionospheric reflection? If the atmospheric conditions were just right? Another part of the puzzle would be to look at the weather and atmospheric conditions, both Chicago and received station, for each of the events.
