[HCARC] New Coax Seal???

Good point, and forgot to mention, it's only the first layer I put
on to seal the connector.  By itself, it may not last long in the
Texas Wx.   Usually 3 layers:

1. the 3M(stretch and seal)
2. electrical tape
3. aluminum tape (only because the electrical tape will start
to un-ravel in time.)  (the glue on aluminum tape is far superior
and lasts for years.)
