[HCARC] HEB Card

[Gary and Arlene Johnson]

The card costs whatever amount of $$$ you care to put on it.  I needed a 
full tank of gas so I put $40.00 on the shopping card and bought $40 worth 
of gas.  It's not a club or anything - just their everyday shopping 
(refillable debit card).  When you use their card it lowers the cost of the 
gas by 12 cents per gallon.
