IF ONE HAD AN ANTENNA ANAYZER, how does one go about checking out the
antenna?? What are the recommended steps once you have the antenna built
and in the air??
For that matter, what are the acceptable brands/models of antenna analyzer??
I know people like Dale have offered to lend me their analyzer to check out
antennas, but since I seem to like to play around with antennas (it's a
disease I tell you!!!), it would be nice to have one here all of the time.

I stopped by the metal recyclers on Hwy 27 between Kerrville and Center
Point yesterday and they had a pretty good pile of aluminum tubing. There
just might be enough for numerous antennas. Who wants to meet me there and
look over the pile carefully.
Apparently they sell the aluminum and brassby the pound for what they would
get it if they sell it for scrap.

Hi Don W4WJ just to bring you and update about the noise. Seem that KPUB
came out, and I guess the person did not find anything. the dispatcher (that
you have to go through) said that the order has been complete. So he told me
to try the radio and call today. Well I turn on the radio well 20 over S9.
So I called the dispatcher back and told him and I believe he said he will
get in touch with the general manager. So now I'm not sure what going to
happen now.
Thanks Steve
