[HCARC] Noise

Hi Don W4WJ just to bring you and update about the noise. Seem that KPUB came out, and I guess the person did not find anything. the dispatcher (that you have to go through) said that the order has been complete. So he told me to try the radio and call today. Well I turn on the radio well 20 over S9. So I called the dispatcher back and told him and I believe he said he will get in touch with the general manager. So now I'm not sure what going to happen now.
