To All-

  Thanks to Chuck Brainard for partnering with me to take down two towers in the last 8 days.  The last I saw Chuck he was driving away with 100’ of Rohn 25G and associated hardware in the back of his pickup truck.

  Chuck is truly amazing in that he disassembled the antenna and 10 – 10 ft. sections of tower in six hours, an average of 36 minutes per section.  Considering this is the time from when we drove up to the site and when we left, it’s really something.

  Just as we were about to leave for the day Chuck said “You know when I was up there I found two more towers that are probably available”.

  With the formation of a tower and antenna group headed by Chuck, anyone needing help putting up an antenna should take advantage of this wonderful resource to our club.
