[HCARC] 10 Meter Net Feedback Requested

I suggest that if you are going to use 40, that the net (gathering) be in 
the daytime, probably Saturday or Sunday.  It won't be long before dark 
conditions will be with us, and 40 just won't work at 7:00 PM.
