No, I wouldm't worry abt using LMR-400 for HF bands. If you'r e talking 2
meters or above or even 6 meters, if you want the least loss, OK. But 40
meters, even 10 meters, it's not worth the extra cost.
BYW if you ARE using LMR-400, get the crimp-on connectors. I got the wrong
ones and had a hell of a time getting them on. I'm not a very good
technician. Glad I didn't have to make my living that way. We'll talk abt
Tomahawk sometime.
