[HBR] HBR-16 price range?

Thank you very much for your response.  I truly do appreciate it.

I have more to go on now, including pictures and it has the Eddystone
dial.  I've made an offer considerably north of $50 and waiting to see how
that goes over.  I like the workmanship, though this isn't one of the
showpieces featured on some pages.  If the deal goes through, I will have
the cover sandblasted and painted, as well as looking for some different
control labeling.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
