Hi Vern,
I have lots of parts, etc, that I think would fit your needs, and I am
trying to
move some of them out of the workshop while I am still able to lift/pack
them, etc.
I have numerous transmitting tubes from 2E26 up to 4-400A, including some
nice specimens of 814's, 809's etc. Also have plate and filament
transformers
and other parts that should be put to use in a "newly built" vintage CW
transmitter.
I also have 'Henry', the first piece of tube gear that I hauled home from a
swap
meet. This is a multiband, crystal oscillator, rig. 6AG7 as the oscillator
and pair
of 1625's in parallel in the output. This is packaged with an all-tube
'Economy'
power supply. It will put about 100W into the air on 40m. Has nice relays
and
a small switched meter on the front.
Weight is going to be a problem shipping any of this stuff, but I would be
happy to let you have any of these parts, or Henry, whatever, for the cost
of
shipping them. I have far more projects here than I am ever going to get
around to, and eBay is a very poor dumping ground for this stuff today.
I am good in QRZ. QTH is Irvine, Southern CA.
