[HBR] Chassis Questions

You could beef up the standard Bud chassis by cutting a heavier bottom
and top plate.
Another option is build your own. Cut sides and then bend 3/4 tabs
for the top and bottom plates. . . then to avoid the tricky side
joints join the sides together with standard aluminum 90 degree angle
available available at your home supply store using standard hardware.
No brake , take your aluminum to a nearby by welding/fabrication shop,
they can bend anything.
