No, Ted can't take the blame, hi.  It's a homebrew transmitter I built  to 
match my HBR-16, based upon the Heathkit DX-60.  You can see it, and my

Just scroll down the left hand project list until you find it, then click

HBT-90? I'm unfamiliar with it. Did Ted design it? Was it detailed  in QST
