[HBR] Coils and forms

When I remanufactured my 80m coils, I sprayed them with clear lacquer as 
well - two benefits were that not only did it cover the windings, but it 
also slightly melted the plastic of the form it'self, so that the wire 
"nestled" into the plastic and was even MORE secure, once dried.  Duco 
cement was great in 1964, but it's junk now.
