[HBR] How to post on the reflector or e-mail to others

To who or where do I send messages to be posted on the HBR  reflector.  I 
have received the postings all
 
   along , but have never answered or posted anything.  If  memory serves 
me right, I was issued a password
 
   of 12at7 for what ever reason ?   That was way back  before it was on 
qth.net.
