[HBR] 75khz slug tuned coil question

And will do, as to the paying it forward...
A gent about 2 hours drive from me offered
a parts radio that had some of these, but I turned
it down, as it was a trade, I would rebuild a similar
one for him. While I have 'fixed' a couple of tube
receivers in the past, I am not sure of my knowledge
base enough to tackle someone else's receiver : )
It has been tempting to try to do it, but if I mess things
up I might have my hands full, especially if the parts
are not easily obtained.
