Hi Bill,
I got confused when you referred to the cans I have as 75 kc cans. I
thought you had some "other cans" coming and I would have saved these
back for somebody else. I DO NOT need them. I'm sure they'll retune down
that far (10 kc) or up to 100 kc (15kc) if that's where you want to go.
I am using the ones in my project at the design frequency of 85 kc. The
BFO coil is the only part you will have to find. That coil is the only
part I can't spare. I stopped looking when I acquired all the parts I
need.
The cans are yours. I'll get them on their way...probably right after
the holiday. NO! Not the Christmas holiday <evil grin>. I was hunting
for sets of those and ended up going from famine to feast. I don't
remember what I paid for them Bill - maybe $20 or so (not a lot you can
be sure). Send something to somebody else when needed if you see a
request on one of these reflectors. That's called "paying it forward".
It's how I live.
73,
Bill KU8H
