Group: The Apollo Program NASA soldering spec required that wires to be soldered NOT be wrapped around a terminal. The reason was that a wrapped wire could become intermittent and therefore hard to find. A wire that was not wrapped would be off the terminal and easier to identify. J. Young W4THQ
