[HBR] HBR BFO Construction Page Added

 I have added  an additional page to my BFO section for the HBR series
receiver.
The circuits were submitted by Ian Wilson and Pete WB2JWU.  Ian used 
Z4 the
Command Set BFO coil which is tapped  and Pete modified the original 
HBR-16 BFO  to a Colpitts as he did not have a tapped coil.

I highly recommend that the new builder  start on the BFO circuit 
first as
coil selection and size of the enclosure will effect your 
construction.
