[HBR] 6CX8 substitutes

Why not use the 6AQ5 or 6V6?  I know you need to punch another hole  for 
the triode, like a 6AV6, but in this day and age I think its a good idea to  
stay with common tubes that are easy to come by.  I have kept lots of old  
tubes but when it comes time to build something, I never decide to use a tube  
that I only have one of, even if it looks really inviting.
