[HBR] 6CX8 substitutes

I've used the 6AW8A with a transformer that presents about a 5k load
with good results in several homebrew receivers. If the higher gain of the
triode stage is higher than you want, you can reduce this by lowering the
(triode) load, removing the cathode bypass capacitor, etc.

The output power is more than adequate for a small speaker in a normal
room.

My motivation for using the 6AW8A is that I have a lot of them :). They are
(around here) very common in box-o-tubes.
