Hello Bill,
Here's the HBR that I built about a year ago ..

I'm not sure but I think that the chassis metal that I used was
0.080" .. I think.
It is really stiff. :-)
I
was going to build the HBR-8, but wound up building the 11 .. It just
seemed like a better idea for the amount of effort required either
way.
