Greetings Oh Brave Ones
    Just joined, downloaded a ton of pix and schematics from the  
suggested site, and sent off and received Jay's disk, and am now  
contemplating a parts box for saving up goodies for this receiver.  I  
may have a chassis made for me by a local Ham that is pretty good at  
it.  I'll of course have to supply the holes and such.  : )  I'm in  
the middle of several other projects right now, so am only going to  
start laying parts aside, and making up a wish list.  The 36:1 drive  
might be hard to find, but am in no hurry.  Marvin KA7TPH helped send  
my your way and I thank not only Marvin, but all you guys too in  
advance for the help and such.
    I do have a fairly large junk box, but am expecting to look for a  
few items.  Anyone on the list actively searching eBay and the other  
buy/sell forums???   I'm sure that would be a good place or two to  
pick up some of these missing parts. : )  But if they are as  
expensive as it seems from what I've read so far, think I will  
scrounge a lot : )  Hope to meet a bunch of you shortly.
