[HBR] Tuning front end coils

Adjust the inductance (winding spacing) for best tracking at the lowest
frequency. Adjust the trimmer capacitor for the high end tracking. Each will
interact with the other to some degree. If you end up needing to spread the
windings beyond the physical space available, you may need to remove turns.
If you have to compress the turns and there are no gaps left, you may have
to add turns.
