[HBR] modifying the 262kHz K-Tran IFs to 100kHz

I've amassed a few sets of 1682 kc half-lattice filter xtals from scrapped
Heathkit HR-10 receivers.
That means there's an equal number of scrapped 1682kc IFTs available from
those donor chassis's.
I think some CB sets used near 1600kc IFTs as well. As info for other
scroungers building HBRs.
