[HBR] modifying the 262kHz K-Tran IFs to 100kHz

Hi Nick,

I was able to loosen the  coupling in an IF transformer by winding a few 
grounded turns of no. 22 solid  insulated hookup wire between the windings.  Just 
ground one end and leave  the other end floating.  This partially shields the 
windings from each  other.  You will need to experiment a little to see the 
effect.  The  transformers I modified were 1650 Kc from a business band FM set.
