Folks,
Where in the world do you find these!? I have been searching hamfests
for a couple years now and have yet to find one. I keep hoping I'll
find one that someone has grown tired of, maybe quit to go onto other
projects, or, well, whatever...

Starting from scratch is a bit beyond my skills but I think I could
finish one that been started. Is there a sort of HBR-xx Lost and Found
site?

This one has 7 drilled wooden slide trays for the 5 sets of coils and 2 spare..... complete with 5 sets of original and nicely built coils. The interior looks well built and just dusty. It's straight out of the 60s with the Eddystone 598 (semicircle) dial and Lafayette S-meter. The cabinet was painted and black transfer letters placed where needed. I'm taking some pictures.
