[HBR] HBR-16 Coils

Tony, having just wound some 80 meter coils for the HBR 12, I can assure you
that you are reading the instructions correctly. As per Ted origional
instructions, drill a 1/8" hole where the tap should be and tap into the
winding at that location.
I am looking at my coils now and yes, L3 is tapped a mere 1/4 turn from the
end.
