[HBR] HBR-16 Coils

Just getting ready to wind the 80 meter coils for my HBR-16 project and had a question about the location of the taps.

Specificaly on L1 and L2A the tap is located at 28 1/2 turns from the "cold end", which I interpret as the start of the coil at pin #2, this causes the tap to fall in the area where the 2 turns are spaced over 1/4".

Just wondering if I have interpeted the coil winding instructions correctly.

Also on L3 the tap is at 15 1/4 turns on a 15 1/2 turn coil, this places the tap a mere 1/4 turn from the finish or "hot" end of the coil, is this correct?
