Thanks Ian,

That's more in depth than the single one-sided data sheet in my Sylvania book.
What do you think of my idea on making the deflector bias variable from slightly
negative to slightly positive?  Could that be used to set the
conversion gain and
deflector sensitivity  to match the IF signal level being applied to
the deflectors
in the PD to avoid over driving the PD?
