Hi Darrel and All;

I built a HBR 16 back in 1963 while stationed as an air traffic controler in Cold Lake Alberta (then a CF104 training base).  After many moves the old reciever is still with me but needs much updating including a more solid mount for the main tuning cap.  I am hoping that I will have time next winter to bring it back to life.  will keep the reflector informed.

By the way, I built a NORCAL Digital Dial and DDS VOF using SMD's and found that even an old and shaky ham can handel these modern parts.  I am now in the process of trying to learn how to program PIC's.  If you can't beat them, join them I say.
