[HBR] HBR-14 (and a half) sanity checks

It looks like he did run the HFO on the high side for 40 meters on the HBR
14 and 16. In later models he ran it on the low side. Actually, either one
should work, although it might be easier to stabilize it on the lower
frequency.
If you have a grid dip meter, check the antenna and mixer coils. My
experience has been that they have a fair amount of range, and also that
the mixer can be a little flaky. I have found it is very possible to end up
on the wrong frequency, just as you have described.
