[HBR] "New" HBR16 in the house

My HBR16"E" arrived with its twin transmitter (a 20-75 meter HB SSB rig 
from the same builder) and looks like it will clean up very well. Does 
anyone recall what the "E" suffix to the HBR meant...or does it just 
indicate "Ed" made it?
