Folks,

Here's a filter someone may find useful:

item 5855296886 (alpha crystal filter)

This is the filter I built the Type 7 around. Center frequency 1400 kc., bw 
500 cycles at 3 dB, 8 poles. Apparently meant of RACAL receivers - I didn't 
know that when I got mine back in 1989. 

Could probably be used in a BC-454 with just a little retuning.
