I have been contacted by an individual who found the web site and is
interested in someone building a "new" original HBR-16 Receiver for him.
He does not have a "parts kit" so you would be starting from scratch. 

Some comments made .........  "I was wanting someone to build a new one
from scratch with maybe a few mods. ie digital readout and a more modern
looking front panel. I might be interested in a used one, if it was in
near mint condition or could be restored to such a state. I welcome 
any input you might have and photos would be nice. I have high speed
internet and can handle large image files without a problem.........."  ,
  "....quality of workmanship is a big issue.....".

I don't understand the "original", "digital readout", and "more modern
looking front panel" requests. Any interest ?
