That sounds right to me.   'Amateur net' would have been higher, I believe. 

Now I'm gonna take a break from email to go work on a home brew receiver! 
Or rather, two of them -- still tidying up and drawing the diagram for the 
band imaging receiver as I start the layout for the general coverage version.
