I think that would be wonderful.   This is 24 pages of the best 
vacuum tube receiver design info I've ever read, followed by 12 
pages describing the G2DAF Mk I receiver; the person who copied 
my book added the description of the Mk II from the RSGB 
Handbook, as well.   Very clear, very practical information.  Surely 
if the RSGB has none available and no plans to reprint (40 years 
old ... kind of a niche market, I'd say!)  you ought to be able to get 
permission.   

Mine is not an original so not ideal as a source for copies.  
Probably if we keep an eye on eBay and other sources we can turn 
one up within a few months -- or maybe someone on the list has an 
original?
