[HBR] Miller 2002 coils

Hi John,
No, I do not have a photograph. This coil is what was reffered to in the 
'50's as
 " a vari -loopstick". 
 Invision a paper tube about 4 inches ( 100 millimeters ) long with a metal 
cap on one end and coil of wire on the outside of the paper tube. There is a 
ferrite slug with a threaded brass rod attached inside the tube. Inductance can 
be varied over a fairly wide range by screwing the slug in or out of the coil.
I need a pair of 'em to build a thermin. Yes, I could probably make something 
from scratch given enough time but I thought someone just might have a couple 
of 'em in the old junkbox.
