[HBR] 5 pin sockets

greetings:

I have so far not been able to find 5 pin sockets, with the tab mounts as
used in the original HBR16.  The only thing so far is the platform type
which I have, are larger and clumbsy looking.  Also they're designed for
tubes such as the WE500A, 811's, 201a's and such.

I need three for the coils.  Does anyone have a definate source, or have
some for sale?  Used would be OK.  Must be ceramic.  Thanks!
