[HBQRP] Let's Build Something radio project

OK, attached is my first take on the parts required.  If it is highlighted
in green, I should have enough for our builds.  The Blue highlights in
Newark or Mouser are the best prices of the 2 if we are going to order
parts.  Many of the prices for Newark are current sale prices, don't know
how long they will be valid or in stock, so If I order, I would like to do
it soon. I am not going to order from too many sources as postage will kill
any price advantage real fast.

If anyone has some of the not-highlighted parts numbers/values and would
like to add them to the build process, please let me know and I will try to
organize the works.  I will need to know if they are 1/4 watt resistors or
SMD size (1206 or SOT-23 or ...)

I am open to further thoughts...
