[HBQRP] Seeking Rig Recommendation

Hello club,

I am looking for a radio.  I have my eye on the Yaesu FT-817nd, but it is
over my budget.  I have found the Elecraft KX1, KX2 and KX3, the Wouxun X1M
Pro and the Xiegu 108, but if I were to spend the money on Elecraft or the
Xiegu 108, I would rather get the Yaesu.

I already have a YouKits HB1B.  I am open to other manufacturers, kits,
used equipment, military surplus, etc.  My only requirements are it has to
be mobile or portable, and it has to be multi-band HF.  WARC bands coverage
(30M, 17M, 12M) is a nice-to-have feature but not a requirement.  CW is a
requirement, but SSB / AM / FM is also nice-to-have and not requirement.

What are your recommendations and why?
