[HBQRP] [4DIJ-L] Lobstercon2009! & 4 days in July

Rex has issued a challenge, 

 

"If you held a local even in say Nebraska at the same time, you would be
in the thick of it Saturday night when both the LobsterCon and SalmonCon
guys are trying their best to QSL each other."

 

And the Midwest Home Brewers and QRP group is answering the call!!

 

July 11th will be the official beginning of what will be called (for
now) 

The Midwest HomeBrewers 1DIJ operating Event 

(1DIJ stands one day in July) 

 

This event is intended to coincide with the LobsterCon operating event
(which Rex calls 4DIJ.) and the west coast event refereed to as
SalmonCon out in Seattle. So all you folks on the East and West coast
who need a Nebraska QRP contact, listen for N0QG at all the QRP watering
holes. We will be there.

 

We might be on the air all day.

We will even have a special QSL card designed for us to pass out to all
you foreigners  at LobsterCon and SalmonCon :-)
